Wenn eine Email ankommt, die von einem Absender wie „Facebook Abuse Department“ stammt, dann kann man davon ausgehen, dass es sich um eine Spam Email handelt. Eine solche Email hat einen Betreff wie „Your password is changed“ und enthält einen Anhang.

Information regarding your account and a new password is attached to the letter.
Read this information thoroughly and change the password to complicated one.
Please do not reply to this email, it’s automatic mail notification!

Ähnliche Emails kommen im Namen diverser Logistikunternehmen (DHL, UPS) oder als Bestellbestätigungen. Wichtig ist, ein seriöses Unternehmen packt wichtige Informationen nicht in einen Anhang im ZIP Format.
